I think your friend should go to the dentist. These symptoms might lead a cavity. (just guessing).

Its time to go to the dentist! Tooth infections can lead to brain infections and could kill you if it goes untreated. It happened to the play write of Rent. Call 1800dentist they are supposed to be good for that.

It’s probably a serious cavity in need of a major filling, root canal or removal. The smell is probably infection inside the tooth. He needs to get it taken care of. If he lets it go too long it could abscess and lead to major pain and swelling and migrain headaches.

Do not take antibiotics lying around. You need a full dose, otherwise your body could become immune to the drug and by no means should you chew up an ibuprofen.

The bad breath could be caused from the bacteria that’s causing his toothache. This can become very dangerous due to the fact that he can swallow the bacteria and cause an infection. He should see his dentist immediately to ensure that he is ridden of any bacteria and infections. Depending on the type of infection and toothache he may need to be put on antibiotics or have a tooth pulled.

It means go to the dentist. Your friend will not get rid of the ache without dental work. The tooth area could also become abscessed and then it’s off to a hospital or morgue.
They better get over the fear and go.

you better go to the dentist. You have an abscessed tooth which means you have an infection in the roots of your tooth. If you get a puss pocket in there an it bust you could end up with a infection through out your body. And could get really sick. If you can’t get to the dentist right now and if you have some kind of antibiotic laying around I would take it immediately and chew up an Ibuprofen for pain I know it sounds nasty but it will take away the pain.

A trip to the dentist chair!!! I don’t know about you, but a trip to the electric chair sounds better. Dentists can be way scary. Maybe you should check out laser dentistry! 97% of patients who have tried laser dentistry say they would suggest it to a friend. (Richter 7 Survey)

With laser dentistry there’s a dramatic decrease in pain during the procedure. Standard methods use scalpels and drills. Translation: pain! We all know what this is like—being strapped to the dentist chair screaming for our mommies. Its horrible. Precision lasers can cut through tooth and gum tissue, causing very little of the pain causing heat, pressure, and vibration that we’re all so familiar with. Because there is less pain, there are less shots required—which means much less time recovering from numbness.

Another benefit of laser dentistry is that wounds tend to heal much faster. There is much less bleeding during and after the procedure, and due to lasers’ precision surrounding tissue damage is severely limited.

Most major cities have dentists that use these remarkable techniques. You should try it out for sure! It’ll make the dentist a lot less scary.
