brush your teeth, mouth wash….flosss….stop trying to mask the problem instead of dealing with the source

try chewing a peppermint gum, it is good and it would last, you can also chew eucalyptus leaves to reduces bad breath! it is good! goodluck! ;)

Try any flavor of Dentyne…after a thorough, good brushing.

i actually heard gum isnt as good for bad breath as mints are because of the chewing keeps your saliva going or something along those lines….. listerine breath strips should help tho. also cut back on sugar, because bad breath making bacteria feed off of sugar. i learned that in HS and it stuck with me.

Bad breath can be from different reason so u have different solution
1 from food : brush teeth and gargle with hydrogen peroxide (diluted) gum might help a little
2 from gum disease or cavities (gingivitis:bleeding and sore gums): see a dentist immediately
3Halitosis is deep in the stomach : so you need to see a doctor.
4 Sinusitis: draining o the sinus(smell really bad in the mouth): see doctor
Hot food: cool your food before you eat

take some immediate action because this can be a huge turn off.(worse that a bad arm pit)

chewing gum is bad coz it makes the spit some to your mouth ..that’s what stinks so try sucking mints or just brushing your teeth properly!!

  7. healthwise357 Says:

gums and mints are not a good bad breath eliminator, they can only make your bad breath even worse since they contain sugar. sugar is the culprit in introducing bad breath for bad bacteria feed on it.

it is best that you first determine the cause of your bad breath to be able to get the appropriate treatments. take time to properly brush and floss teeth for it can help remove food particles that are left on teeth that can rot overtime. the use of an all natural product is helpful to keep bad bacteria at bay.
