If you dont brush at night…. the food from last night will sleep in and Start to Stank

Everyone has bacteria in their mouth. IT’s supposed to be there!!!
    Look up “normal oral flora.”

Anyway, during the day, you have saliva in your mouth that continually bathe food and sugars off of your teeth. At night, your saliva flow decreases. Bacteria can flourish. Brush your teeth and floss your teeth at night to decrease that morning breath but you won’t be able to eliminate it.

Morning breath is caused by a particular bacteria that hides in the crevices of the tongue and between the teeth. You should floss and brush every day and rinse with peroxide. You also have to brush your tongue with a soft tooth brush.

  4. Miles Says:

Mouth bacteria causes it when it breaks down the food particles to release that odor. Bad breath can be cured by rinsing your mouth with lime juice mixed with water.

The same thing that causes bad breath during the day. You need to learn more about what really causes bad breath.
Most bad breath is caused by bacteria that grow on the surface of the tongue. The only way to really control bad breath is to remove the bacteria by using OraBrush tongue cleaner. OraBrush is like a surgeon’s scrub brush. The bristles are individual, pointed, soft and flexible so they can reach down into the indentations of the tongue surface. OraBrush will loosen the bacteria and then this bacterial can be removed by using the scraper on the cleaner. Learn more about the cause and control of bad breath at Dr. Bob PhD.
