Onions are good for our health. Doctors advice to have more of’em. I do not want the after breath to become a barrier.

try to wash your teeth after you eat onion
because after you eat a chewing gum that only fresh for half hour not for 1 day.

Have you ever seen the traveling kit section in a store? It’s highly effective and fairly inexpensive to just buy a small toothbrush/toothpaste set to carry around with you. They also have mini bottles of mouthwash. ;D

Do you know why restaurants put fresh parsley on there dinner plates: it’s to freshen your mouth and breath when eaten. So give parsley a try.

slice and soak in vinegar in the fridge for a few hours – tastes great and reduces the onion breath effect a bit too
chewing on parsley afterwards is also good advice
