scrub the tounge and avoid bad breath causing foods. You might have minty fresh breath in the moring, but some chocolate cereal and bacon for breakfast will ruin this in a flash. Remember to have a drink of water after done eating- this cleans the mouth

go to a dentist. it may be your gums. my friend had the same thing, she had bad breath but brushed and cleaned her mouth more than i did, but still bad breath. so she went to her dentist and he said it was her gums and he had to do some deep cleaning. call a dentist office, they should be able to assist you.

Try brushing your tongue, so that you get all the bad breath germs out. I know it sucks and is not pleasant but it works for the whole day!

I guess you’ve got halitosis, go to the doctors, they can help you with it, i know its embarassing but go for it. And carry some breath mints or chewing-gum around with you for emergency situations, try to make it sugar free as, if your problem is that bad you may need it often and you don’t want to ruin your teeth now do you? lol

Invest in a tongue scraper which you can find where you buy toothpaste and toothbrushes. You may have matter on your tongue which is contributing to halitosis.

What do you eat? Its all based on sometimes what you’re eating. Do you eat a lot of Asian or strong foods that have stuff such as Onions and even Garlic? Try to cut back on foods like that.

Foods like that can, lets just say, “stain” your mouth. Its actually healthy to chew on mint leaves. Those always work because they’re all natural and do clean the teeth, gums and skin inside the mouth. Be sure to chew on one for at least 2 minutes or 3 max.

Try this. Brush your teeth in the morning as you usually do. Than, chew on a mint leaf or two for about 2-3 minutes. Rinse. Before you go to bed, brush your teeth and than do the same thing again. In no time, you’ll be fine because you’re pretty much cleansing the mouth. You’ll find in a few days the results are totally rewarding

Its good for you to do; all natural too;)

It’s probably halitosis, which comes from your stomach, not your mouth. You should see your doctor and speak with him about it, he can prescribe something for you. Also, there is a mouthwash for “dry mouth” in the toothpaste isle at Wal Mart, I can’t recall the name of it, but it helps significantly. My Dad has severe halitosis, as a kid, his breath made me nauseous, but since he saw his doctor 10 years ago, it’s much better!

Also, be sure to brush your tongue, gums and cheeks as well, as food and yuck are in those places and build up as well.

  16. little dancer Says:

    drop the gum.
it is proven that chewing gum makes your breath smell worse because it activates your salivary glands =]
    hope i helped.

  17. rxing Says:

brush your teeth & tounge well, Change toothpaste. Floss your teeth. Use mouthwash. Visit the dentist for a deep cleaning.

Changing your diet will help you, startches and sugar can cause bad breath. stay away from the mints and use only sugarfree gum when you chew it, stay away from garlic foods.

Bad breath may be the sign of a medical disorder, such as a local infection in the respiratory tract, chronic sinusitis, postnasal drip, chronic bronchitis, diabetes, gastrointestinal disturbance, liver or kidney ailment. If your dentist determines that your mouth is healthy, you may be referred to your family doctor or a specialist to determine the cause of bad breath.

If it is due to a gum or teeth problem perhaps a dentist can help you.

If it is due to an internal problem then liquid chlorophyll will help as it deodorises your interior.
