just friggen ask your dentist.
if it’s THAT bad… then you would ask him/her.
i guess it’s not that bad if you won’t ask them.

If tooth brushing and mouthwash don’t stop bad breath, you may have a problem that requires a dentist. Infection of the gums or teeth, or even bad tonsils can result in bad breath. Also smoking will cause a bad taste as well as bad breath.

You have no reason to be embarrassed especially if you are practicing such careful oral Hygiene. The cause may be something else. Some stomach problems cause bad breath (such as reflux) some sinus problems can cause it, too. Check with your doctor or an ear, nose and throat specialist.

first and foremost you must be able to know the causes of bad breath like tooth decay, disease in the gums, having dry mouth and dirty mouth, medications, eating a garlicky meal, having poor oral hygiene and stomach related illness.
it is always a must to properly brush and floss teeth every after meal for it can help remove plaque and tartar. the use of an all natural oral care product can best compliment your oral habits for it can keep the mouth salivated and hydrated.
have the habit to drink adequate amount of water to keep the mouth hydrated and keep bad bacteria in the mouth under control. have a regular visit to the dentist to check oral health status. for more tips to cut bad breath out of you visit

If it’s really bad, try cigarettes.

It could be something called tonsiliths. They are little deposits of bacteria that get embedded in your throat/tonsil area. Sometimes it results in coughing up a little tiny chunk, usually light green or white, and it smells HORRIBLE. But try researching it a little more on the web. That might be the cause. (aka tonsil stones)

Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. More useful remedies at

There are many causes of bad breath including serious illness. For example, I’m a diabetic and before I got my blood sugar under control, my breath smelled like alcohol.. That’s one of the first signs of diabetes. Anyway, bad breath doesn’t always mean disease but you’re not helping yourself if you don’t get to the bottom of it.
