Buy a pack of tic tacs or some really strong mints such as eclipse or mint gum, and every time you are near her, offer her one. just be casual: “hey, you want a piece of gum?” or “mint?’

buy her some gum. or some tic-tacs tell her to take some. tell to take them now. joke with her, then as she eats them, say you dont like the flavor and give her the gum. or you could give a piece to her everytime she comes over.

Ask her the question you asked us.
Say to her “look (whoever), I have a friend who’s breath really smells. Should I tell her? If so, how? Would you want to know if your’s did?”
ask her all these questions and she’ll let on how she would like to be broached around the subject. Then you can make a decision from there.

I’ve had really bad friends like you in the past. You toooooo afraid to speak up and you don’t defend the suppose to be best friend when it’s showtime. Consider yourself a not very best or even good friend. Coming from you, I’d don’t advise it.
*** the best thing you can do is uninvite the other military mites into her life. I’m sure she’d be most appreciative

KAYLEE,
IF SHE IS YOUR TRUE BEST FRIEND SHE’LL APPRECIATE YOUR KIND, POLITE HONESTY – OFFER HER AN ALTOIDS BEFORE YOUR PROJECT

Offer her some gum or tictacks or whatever, and if she refuses to take them, look her in the eye and say, “take some.” hopefully she gets it. good luck.

It will help you to know the primary source of bad breat, which is the top of the tongue, not the teeth as most people think. Bacteria grow on the top of the tongue and produce sulfur containing compounds that smell, that is bad breath. Some smelly foods, such as garlic, also stick on the top of the tongu and cause bad breath. The cure for bad breath is to brush and floss the teeth and clean the top of the tongue with a tongue cleaner that has both a brush and a scraper. Mints, gums, mouthwash, etc., just cover up bad breath for a short time. When you tell your friend about bad breath, you could ask a question: Do you what I just learned about bad breath? Then suggest they look on the internet at: Keep mind that most people cannot smell their own bad breath.
