Why does my breath start to smell bad after I pull consecutive all-nighters?
When I get a decent 8-10 hours of sleep every night, my breath is perfectly normal. However, after I pull consecutive all-nighters, or just stay up late a few nights, my breath starts to smell like death.
I’m pretty sure it has something to do with the fact that I’m destroying my body by not sleeping. Can anyone give an exact biological explanation? Please don’t just give me a website, sum it up in your own words.
I do brush my teeth and I do drink lots of water. Like I said above, I have perfectly normal breath when I don’t stay up late.
Please, before you answer, know that I HAVE PERFECTLY NORMAL BREATH WHEN I DON’T STAY UP LATE. I drink plenty of water, am not undernourished, and do not have any gastrointestinal problems whatsoever. The problem is about the LACK OF SLEEP. Please stop saying how I’m dehydrated or seriously sick. Please.

It’s not complicated. You are getting dehydrated. Make sure you drink lots of water–not sodas or caffeinated drinks which don’t hydrate you like water does.

Just brush in between and keep yourself hydrated. Have fruits and veges as opposed to carbs.

Many people are surprised to learn bad breath is one of the constipation symptoms most commonly overlooked. However, it is not difficult to understand really. The mouth and stomach are connected. Constipation and other disturbances in the intestines can cause poor digestion. A digestive tract that is sluggish due to constipation can cause the mouth to have a putrid odor. This is due to gases rising up from the stomach and lingering in the mouth.
I found that cleansing has helped me with my bad breath and body odor. cleanse your system, and you will find your solution.
Good luck to you!
