I wear retainers, and my breath smells bad?

why not use mouthwash and clean ur retainers also!

i had those retainers too and i loved them cuz you don’t get a lisp. make sure you bush the retainers too….with your tooth brush…as if they were part of you teeth…take them out first though

use mouthwash too, and also brush your retainer, its what i had to do

In the morning, put your retainers in a glass of water, and let them sit for about 15 mintutes or more if you want. No more than an hour. Then take them about, and brush them, like with toothpaste and water and a toothbrush. Then brush your actual teeth, and place the retainer back in. Hope i helped(:

Ha! I dont have that problem anymore! I LOST mine! But……when I did have it I soaked my retainer in hot water 2 times a day and I soaked it in mouth wash…..listerine mint….2 times a day! Liek you are doing…brush after each meal and was your mouth with listerine after each brush!
