have you tried brushing your toungue too? and maybe you could try some breath mints. if your teeth are healthy, than there isnt much to do, maybe you could try to whiten them at the dentist or OTC but that is bad for your teeth

go to a dentist

my mom is a dentist.
they can whiten your teeth (or get white strips) it will make a big difference in your smile and self esteem
try gum for bad breath or maybe your dentist can recommend something for you
or use mouth wash.
hope this helps, love.

You need to brush your tongue. That is where bad breath comes from. Tongue cleaners found next to the toothbrushes.

Try brushing every surface of the oral cavity including your tongue. Go to your dentist to have a full comp exam done with your hygienist. You could have alot of plaque build up, decay, or alot of unnecessary bacteria growing under the gums. This can cause periodontitis. go to a dentist and scedule for a deep cleaning or an srp if they feel u need one.

make sure you floss every night before bed then brush! unhealthy gums cause bad breath also make sure you brush your tongue really well you want it to be pink not white! then u can use whitening strips for the yellow! brushing hard wont make them whiter!

Bad breath can cause from decays in the mouth, gigivitis, pyorrhea or other peridontal diseases, decays in the sinus cavities, infection or congestion in the lung and chest area, upset stomachs, and constipation. In children the main source of bad breath is constipation. Another reason for bad breath is unscrupulous use of medicines containing mercury.
The following medicines can cure bad breath in the case of gum receding and problems in mouth.
1. Thuja 1 M one single dose in globules two globules.
2. Mercurious 30 three doses for one day.
If the smell is like rotten eggs – Arnica montana will help
If the girls on puberty have the a problem -Aurum met should be tried.
If mouth and stomach are ulcerated Borax 30 will be helpful.
For other smells like that of rotten dead fish,of onions, fetid breath with putrid discharge, etc. proper evaluation be done from a homeopath and medicines taken according to prevailing symptoms.
Above is information. Medicines should be taken in consultation with doctor.

1. make a dental appointment (you could have periodontal disease or just need a professional cleaning–you should go at least twice a year. Also, if you have tooth decay, that can stink too)
2. keep the tongue brushed…most of the bacteria actually live there!
3. Work on getting them cleaned, getting dental work done, then work on the whitening. First things first, you know?
4. Stay away from gum and breath mints that are not sugar free. The sugar can cause a number on your teeth!

You probably have an early case of Perio. Go to your dentist ASAP you could lose teeth the longer you wait plus the surgery for perio only gets more expensive the longer you wait. Plus it will help your conversations with people, if you can smell it its worse to others
drink lots of water and avoid sugary drinks this makes your saliva more prone to bacteria.

As for the breath issue you could have a serious condition. Definately go to your dentist becasue there is a number of causes that could be contributing including infection. As for the yellowing usually this is a build up of tarter (basically hardened plauqe). The easiest way to help remove that is to see your dental hygenist. She/He will be able to remove it. If going to the dentist isn’t an option watch what you eat. Some foods naturally cause bad breath when left in your mouth for an extended period of time (like dairy products). Be sure that you brush at least twice a day and properly! Flossing at least once! If you don’t the bacteria and plaque growing between your teeth could be contributing to the problem. As for the yellowing, get a whitining toothpaste and watch what liquids you drink. Coffee, teas, and dark sodas, and even some medications stain those pearly whites.

do not eat gum to mask bad breath for it does not do good to eradicate your bad breath problem. it can only make bad breath worse for it contains sugar in which bad bacteria in the mouth feed on.
best bad breath treatments can be sought after your bad breath cause has been determined. it is best to seek the help of a dental expert in trying to find the underlying cause of bad breath.
also, paying close attention to good oral hygiene habits can be of great help in keeping bad bacteria at bay. be able to make sure that you brush and floss teeth properly after meals. and it is best that you keep the mouth hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water for this can control bad bacteria that dwells in the mouth.
a good alternative to bad breath treatments that can be a good compliment for oral hygiene is the use of an all natural oral care product. for more tips on how to beat bad breath visit
