shea butter. if you can’t get any pure stuff, get something from whole foods – one of the chapsticks that have shea butter in it(afia is good). use it everytime your lips start feeling dry, and drink a glass of water every hour from now on. oh yea, and exfoliate- rub them with a washcloth or something when their wet.

this works extremely well for me. i use Mary Kay, but im sure you can get some at a drugstore. buy a lip scrub. its like a cream but it feels like there is sand in it, and it removes all of the dead skin on your lips. you scrub it into your lips, then wash it off. after, finnish with some chap stick.

First, DON’T lick your lips, this will only make it worse.
Second, if its really bad, neosporin works, but, again, don’t lick it. Neosporin won’t hurt you, but it tastes bad.
Another option is to put vaseline on your lips and rub them lightly with a washcloth to exfoliate and then put more vaseline on them.

I keep on my lips Vaseline (it’s 100% petroleum jelly) on my lips 24/7!

Whenever my lips feel even a little dry I just put on some of the original cherry chapstick. The blistex brand makes my lips numb! But if you make it a habbit to put on chapstick, they will be a lot better.

The MEDICATED BLISTEX BALM (+ lip protectant and sunscreen) usually helps me everytime… other than that, idk..

Have you tried Medicated Chapstick? It’s made for windburned, extremely chapped and cracked lips.
