Jennie J asked: I don’t know what it is but my breath always smells! I brush and floss and chew gum constantly but my breath still smells and I know because I’ve been told by people. Are there any tips to curing bad breath, like pills I can take?
Thanks,
Jennie

It appears to be internal, so maybe you need to use colon cleanse, to clean your body out. Remember also to change your toothbrush every three months.

Make sure you floss real good and get any thing between your teeth. If you have a bridge or bridges get a water pick and use it at least once a day. (make sure you get under the bridge or bridges, get a water pick and use it anyway, you may not be getting everything when flossing.) It will smell if left there long, also try dry brushing your teeth before you brush using your tooth paste, Go to a dentist and have him check you for gum disease.
Also brush your tongue as suggested above. Get your dentist’s recommendation for your problem.

All the above and drink plenty of water to neutralize the odors.
You may need a Rx for severe bad breath, either through your doctor or dentist.

Common cause of bad breath are the bacteria around your mouth. What you are experiencing right now is chronic bad breath, it is basically caused by bacteria inside the pockets of your teeth or under the plaque. These bacteria cause the odor and most of them are inside your mouth where ventilation is scarce. Bacteria cannot live with the existence of oxygen. Those bacteria are found under plaque or food debris where they can stay as long as oxygen is not around. It does not mean that when you have a healthy mouth you are safe from having a bad breath, there are also some other causes of chronic bad breath such as respiratory tract infection, postnasal drip, chronic bronchitis, diabetes, liver, or kidney disease; visiting the dentist is advisable.
You can check out this website for more information and some remedies.

My wife and I both recently developed this challenge, and we found some pretty good stuff to combat it. I would start out at for some good free info and solutions, and then there are some good products (albeit expensive) at. The thera breath site has some good free info too.
You CAN beat this. My wife and I are already noticing results after just two days of using the information.
