WATER!!! So long as you have ruled out gum infections etc as the reason for the bad breath, water is the best thing for it.

Tongue scrapers. A lot of that bacteria sits back there.

Brush all that white stuff off your tongue, yeah you may gag, but try to hold back that’s some stinky stuff. Make sure you don’t have any severe rotting teeth or gum infections. Then after you have brushed your teeth well, including your tongue, make sure you keep your mouth moist all the time. Do not use mouth rinses–they only make your breath smell good shortly, but then dry your mouth up enough making a perfect breeding ground for the “Stinky”bacteria, that give you that rounchy breath. So yeah like the other person said, drink a lot of water during the day.

Sometimes people have bad breath because they need to floss. Food get stuck between your teeth where the toothbrush can’t reach. You also must brush lightly your tongue and gums as lots of bacteria is there unless you brush it away lightly. Also, diet can affect breath – so depending on what you eat, when you breath sometimes you can still smell the food. Usually if you brush your teeth regularly, brush your tongue, floss and use mouthwash – you won’t have bad breath.
