I would suggest brushing not only her teeth but her tongue also with a special brush used for that. The tongue is where most of the bad-breath comes from. Also trying a whitening gum like Dentyne Ice after each meal will help.
Look online for products that will help but are costly. My suggestion above it much cheaper and should do the trick.
The first thing is to see the dentist to be sure there is nothing wrong with her teeth/mouth. Then she should see the doctor as this may be a digestive problem that is causing the bad breath.
if she has good dental hygiene on her own, maybe she should see a dentist. there may be problems that she doesn’t know about yet. now is the time to get it looked at before something starts hurting!

offer her a shot of whiskey or anything strong that’ll kill the smell and germs real good !
