Brush, floss, and rinse. Brush your teeth atleast twice a day. You should also drink lots of water. When your mouth is dry you tend to have bad breath. If that dosent work you should see a doctor.

Make sure you eat throughout the day.

I have this problem because i skip breakfast a lot when i’m in a hurry lol.

It’s something to do with the gases in your stomach rising and that is what the bad breath is. Also brush your teeth, brush your tounge and use mouthwash.

    Hope i helped :)

Mouth wash, scrubbing your tongue with your tooth brush as thats where all the bacteria acumalates making your breath smell.

The cure is finding out why you have bad breath. Brushing the tongue can help. But that may not be the issue. Have you been to the dentist recently? A lot of times, bad breath is caused by decay. If you have an untreated cavity for a long time, bacteria gets in the hole and allows decay to form “beneath” the teeth. Then the decay spreads from tooth to tooth or cavity to cavity. Floss your teeth, brush your teeth, use a mouthwash and then rinse with water. After that, floss just one tooth (using a new strand of floss) and see if the floss smells. If so, its POSSIBLE it’s decay.

Do you smoke? Might be it. Stop it. I’ve been smoking for the past 7 years and have successfully won the battle in quitting.

If you don’t, you might have Halitosis. Try wikipedia first, and from there, consult your dentist.

I just answered a very similar question. The same answer will help you. Here it is: I believe I can help you. The major cause of bad breath is cause by bacteria that live on the top of the tongue. Scientist at the New York Dental School have identified a bacteria, Solobacterium moorei that causes bad breath. These bacteria live on food and drink that also collects on the top of the tongue when we eat or drink. It is very possible that orange juice has a lot of sugar which is a very good food source for this bacteria. Bacteria also produce waste products that also collect on your tongue. Stick out your tongue and see if you can see a white coating on your tongue. This is often called soft plaque and will move from your tongue to your teeth and, if not cleaned, will harden. To cure bad breath you must remove the source of the bad breath, the bacteria. Mints, gum, mouthwash just cover up bad breath for a short time. So, brush and floss the teeth and then clean the tongue with a high quality tongue cleaner. I really like one called OraBrush because it is a brush and a scraper and will really clean out the deep indentations of the tongue. See: for more information.

Beside brushing your teeth regularly, you need to floss, visit the dentist every half yearly. Do you brush your tongue too? Chewing gum is only good for masking your bad breath but not curing it. If you want to get rid of the problem totally, you have to get rid of the root cause. Chewing on parsley or drinking tea would be better for preventing bad breath. Drink enough water to prevent your mouth from getting too dry. Change your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months. Here is a site to explain more on bad breath.
