I remember I used to have bad breath, but I did these things and stuck to it, and it went away.
-Brush your teeth at least twice a day
-Brush your tongue
(Get a toothbrush with a tongue scrubber; it also works for cleaning the insides of your cheeks so you get a full-mouth clean)
-FLOSS
-Carry mints and/or gum
(have one after you eat lunch or a snack)
I’m not sure if you’ve mentioned this to your friend yet, but you should; in the nicest way possible. Mention it to her while you’re maybe freshening up in the bathroom. (somewhere in private)
Maybe say you have it too, and then say what you do to fix it. (List above)
If she cares about her hygiene, or what people think about her, she’ll probably take action and try and fix it. If not, you should offer her a stick of gum or a mint whenever it’s bothering you.
you should floss multiple times a day…the bacteria between teeth could be causing it. try brytonpick – its a portable flossing device thats so easy to use! even if you have braces!
Let me tell you a short story about bad breath. My wife quit kissing me and so I finally got her to tell me why. She said, “You have bad breath”. I was hurt at first because I could not smell my own bad breath. I then got on the internet and learned that most bad breath comes from the tongue, not the teeth. I found a great tongue cleaner, OraBrush, and now I clean my tongue when I brush and floss my teeth. No more bad breath and plenty of kisses. Be a real friend and tell your friend that they should clean their tongue along with brushing their teeth. Learn more:

Brush your teeth when you wake up, after every meal, and before bed. Use the Listerine (Thats the Original) Mouthwash. This should help.

If she brushes her teeth with baking soda, the baking soda will kill the bad breath and make her teeth whiter. Gum will work too. And mouthwash.
