bad breath cures
Ryuzaki asked:

She can’t kiss me half the time without being disgusted and it’s hard for us to hold up a face to face conversation.

It’s gone for a while when I brush my teeth or use mouth wash, but it doesn’t take long to come back, even without eating anything else.

I’ve used breath spray, gum, and both at the same time, the bad breath can still be smelled. I think it’s been this way for a while but never affected my life this badly before.

I do have bad teeth that need fixing but I THINK I’ve had these breath issues before they got bad too.

Please any advice on what is causing it, how to cure it, or even quick fix bad breath remedies would be greatly appreciated.

    thats a tough one. i know that a lot of bad breath germs are on your tongue. so try to brush off everything on your tongue as much as possible.

    Drink lots of water and continue doing everything else you’ve been doing. Also, just see a dentist.

    Try these:
    1. Keep your mouth clean. That means a thorough brushing twice a day and flossing regularly. Food and bacteria trapped between teeth and at the gum line can only be removed with floss. If they’re left to linger, bad breath is imminent.
    2. Clean your tongue, too. Bacteria left on your tongue can contribute to less-than-fresh breath. Be sure to brush your tongue after you brush your teeth.

    3. Wet your whistle. A dry mouth can quickly cause bad breath. Saliva helps clean your mouth; it has a natural antibacterial action, and it washes away food particles. That awful morning breath is the result of reduced saliva flow at night.

    4. Rinse. If nothing else, at least rinse your mouth with plain water after eating. Swishing the water around may help to remove some of the food particles left in the mouth after a meal and prevent bad breath from setting in.

    5. Munch on parsley. Munching on parsley or spearmint won’t cure bad breath, but the scent of the herb itself can help to temporarily cover up offending oral odor.

    6. Eat to smell sweet. Foods that help fight plaque may also help fight bad breath. Opt for celery, carrots, peanuts, or a bit of low-fat cheese if you want something to snack on.

    Thank:

    It could be diabetes, tonsil problems, or something else that requires dental or medical attention. If brushing your teeth, chewing gum, and other “remedies” don’t work, I recommend seeing your doctor. Sorry, I know that’s not very fun, but at least you’ll feel more sexy and confident once you address the issue and get it fixed.

    well it could be that you have any tthing in your mouth like retainers or braces cause my bro had bad breath and then when he got his retainer off his breath go better..but if not then go to the dentist and they will figure it out they always do!!

  9. =^..^= Says:

    Any remedy other than seeing a dentist to resolve the issue, rather than just temporarily address the symptoms, will be short lived.

    If you are anything like me, and hate dentists, you may not care to be told that you need to visit a dentist. Good luck. I hope it all works out for you.

    do you smoke if so STOP!! or brush your teeth six times a day and flosse good oh don’t forget the mints

    Floss. Floss. Floss.

    I get this occasionally. It is usually accompanied by a sinus infection, at least in my case. I never put the two together until someone mention colds and sinus infections causing bad breath and then I kept track and that is all that it was. Sometimes the sinus infection lasts for a few weeks.

    The best thing I have found for while I was away from home and could not brush was a kind of gum called 5. The one that has green on it works best for me.

  17. Vamp Anna Says:

    I’m sure you always keep gum on hand, but make sure it’s the kind that’s actually good for your teeth. Flossing is another good habit to get into (an also a very freakin’ annoying one) b/c food gets in those little places between your teeth- then bacteria in your mouth works to tear it down. It’s really gross. Keep a toothbrush (portable one) with you as much as possible & scrub your tongue. Sounds like you have halitosis. There are a few home remedies I can off you- so be brave;
    Brush your teeth with baking soda a couple of times a day. The same baking soda you use in the fridge to fight odors can do the same for your mouth. It won’t taste very good & don’t swallow it. Be sure you you scrub all your teeth really good & don’t forget the tongue!

    Swish with peroxide- peroxide kills some of the odor causing bacteria in your mouth.

    Things like carrots (and other veggies) will keep plaque from building up. So keep some around the house.

    Stay away from smoking! This is a no brainer, I have never came across a smoker with good breath. Coffee also can give you funky breath. You may need to change some things up in your diet, too. Onions, peppers & garlic can contribute to bad breath (though I’m sure you didn’t need me to tell you that).

    You mentioned you knew your teeth needed work, but do you know that you could have gum disease, another cause of bad breath?

    Swallowing a table spoon of high strength liquid chlorohyll every morning should help as it deodorises food odours and other internal odours. It also promotes a healthy digestive environment and is also an energy booster.

  19. sum Says:

    Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice.This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves,which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. More useful remedies at

    WOW! Listen to my story. My wife quit kissing me and so I finally got her to tell me why. She said, “You have bad breath”. I was really hurt at first because I did not know I had bad breath. I got on the internet and learned that most bad breath comes from bacteria on the tongue. Stick out your tongue and look for the “white stuff” on the back top of your tongue. This must be removed if you are going to cure bad breath. I really like a tongue cleaner called OraBrush. Want to learn more?
