Best products for a distressed teen guys?

   I use baking soda.
   It tastes nasty.
   It’s not fun.
   But it works.
   If you’re brushing at least when you wake up
   and before you go to bed, you should be fine.
   Stay away from sodas and if u must brush or rinse with just water after.
   Try toothpastes that include baking soda in it.
   Most of the products you find at your drugstore that advertises teeth whitening is probably good.
   I don’t know that there is a “best” but if you brush twice (which I’m not a star at to be perfectly honest) you should be fine
   my teeth isn’t John McCain white yet but it’s not yellow either
   it’s a nice subtle white or off white
   and I’d honestly rather have natural looking teeth than those things Anna Nicole had in her head
   *shing shing
