Cure Poop Breath
amie skincare products are very good ,for young skin, but i dont know if they are available in america.
other than that i would recommend avene – they are water based products so will not irritate the acne but will get rid of it – or lush face products are very good and very cheap- they are also ll natural so will not irritate your skin
good luck in finding a good product !

Cure Poop Breath
Well,
My acne got so bad, I eventually had to go to the doctor. They prescribed me some topical acne cream, and it cleared my face up right away!
I suggest going to your doctor if everything you’re trying isn’t working.
You can also get a viral medicine to take, but it has some side-effects, (Dry mouth, slurred speech, etc).
If you want a department/drug store brand that’s cheap, I suggest Clearasil. It worked extremely well for my friend, she says it’s great, and smells good, too.
Though I have heard that fast-working doctor prescribed medicine and creams are cheaper overall then all the money you would spend on drug/department store brands that take much more time.
Stay away from greasy foods, and if you do eat them, make sure you wash your face before touching your face. (You don’t want all that oil on your skin!)
Eat healthy, nutrients are good for your skin!
Drink lots of water, and wash your face often.
Don’t stress, whenever you start to get stressed, take deep breaths, something that helps for me is take a deep breath with your nose, hold for three seconds, then breathe out.
If that doesn’t calm you down, listen to some calming music like piano music, or Lifehouse.
Something that makes my skin feel really nice and clean and stops pimples, is just taking and ice cube and rub it on your face for a few minutes.
I’ve heard about sugar facial scrubs that are great for acne.
There are some recipes at this website:
Also:
Just before bed wash your face thoroughly with warm water and a clean cotton washcloth and an antibacterial bar soap. Use a freshly washed cotton towel to thoroughly, but carefully, dab, don’t rub, your face dry. Apply Neosporin liberally and thoroughly over your entire face. Place the towel over your pillow, and go to sleep. Use the towel to mop up the shiny spots in the morning.
If you do this every night or every couple nights for a couple weeks, your skin should have way less acne and be a lot smoother. One more tip: if you eat more fresh, uncooked fruit and vegetables, your skin will be clearer and you will lose weight very slowly. Just eat an apple or an orange or a carrot or some lettuce, spaced out, about five-ten times per day, and drink lots of water, and do the Neosporin thing, and your skin will look great.
Exfoliating Tips
* Never rub soap, lotions, oils or any other exfoliating mixture into your face. Your facial skin is very thin and sensitive. Rubbing pushes the skin upwards, downwards and side to side loosening it and causing wrinkles. Dabbing is a safer and more effective way to apply or rinse exfoliating mixtures.
* Never use hot water on your face. Hot water can burn the skin and dry it out very quickly. Using lukewarm to cool water to rinse your face will leave your skin feeling fresh and will clear any clogged pores.
* Exfoliating is most effective in the evening when the skin has had a chance to adapt to the atmosphere. In the morning, your skin can be stiff. Exfoliating will also feel more rewarding after a long day of work.
I hope one of these methods work for you, and I wish you best of luck.

Cure for Halitosis
try cleansers from Clean and Clear, they work great. also try using pimple cream (benzoyl peroxide) every other night. i use PanOxyl,
start with a pimple cream with a small percentage of benzoyl peroxide like 2 percent. then you can slowly advance to higher percentages with time.
tips:
-wash you face twice a day (morning & night) with an acne cleanser.
-don’t use any moisturizers unless they’re oil free
-dont wash your face TOO MUCH or your face with dry up and it’ll become even more oily for that reason
-try tp avoid touching your face during the day
-don’t pop your pimples
-you can also change you pillow case more frequently if you want
-if you use blush your brushes may be harbouring bacteria to your face.
wash them & air dry them
-try to avoid eating oily & greasy foods
-facial toner controls the oil on your face during the day (Neutrogena is great)
home remedies:
-apply the contents of a vitamin E capsule on your face over night and wash you face in the morning
-mix some egg white with lemon juice and apply it to your face. leave it on for 30 mins. (it also tones your skin)
-you might want to try honey and lemon instead if you dont like the idea of putting egg white on your face. leave the mixture on for 10 mins minimum
-if its an emergency try toothpaste, leave it on over night (but that should be your last option)
*ive heard that ripe potatoes work effectively…you might want to look that up*
how my face changed:
i was like you, i thought i was never going to get rid of my pimples.
but i bought an “all about beauty” book by CosmoGirl and they had lots of tips. benzoyle peroxide (pimple cream) played a big role in gettting rid of my pimples. but be careful with pimple cream with high percentages of benzoyl peroxide like %10 and dont use them more often than every other night.
before all of that, i was washing my face constantly and i popped pimples…really bad. my face would get dry and it would secrete a lot more oil. i also tried tons of other acne cleansers. i found out that clean and clear is the best for me.
so a mixture of using home remedies, following most of those tips, and washing my face twice a day with an acne cleanser made my face clear up. now im pimple free (:

Icy Fresh Breath
1.) start drinking a lot of water. ASAP. it works wonders.
2.) try the neutrogena wave it really gets the gunk out of your pores. after using it use a toner like neutrogena acne stress control toner. if you have dry skin follow with a moisturizer with spf like biore pore minimizing oil free SPF 15 moisturizer.
3.) at night wash with an acne cleanser, like clean&clear oil free continuous control acne wash.
4.) before you go to sleep, put on some spot gel where you have acne, like clearasil ultra rapid action 4 hour cream, or neutrogena rapid clear acne eliminating spot gel.
5.) 2-3 times a week, you can use a deep cleaning mask, like Mint Julep Masque you can get it at almost any walmart [like the rest of these products] and it works wonders.
6.) once or twice a week, you could hold your face above steam, then apply honey [with no added sweeteners] to your acne prone areas for 15-25 minutes.
some great other products are:
clean and clear morning burst [great exfoliator, a good wash for in the morning.]
neutrogena deep clean [another great exfoliator. really good for if your acne is made up of clogged pores like whiteheads or blackheads.]
clearasil acne control deep cleansing scrub [a gentle daily exfoliator, something you could use in the morning and at night if you wanted. but it can sometimes dry out the skin, so follow with a good moisturizer like neutrogena oil free acne stress control moisturizer]
clean and clear continuous control acne wash [FANTASTIC for at night before bed. perfectly gentle, works wonders. it not only clears up existing pimples, but prevents new ones from forming. its by far my favorite nightly acne wash.]
neutrogena acne stress control power clear scrub [really good if your breakouts are stress related. very gentle so you can use it in the morning and at night too.]
if youve used any of these, obviously if they didnt work you shouldnt try them again
another thing that helps is going to a dermatologist.
but i understand if you dont want to.
stick to a regular skin care regimen is important though, and be religious about washing and moisturizing in the morning and before bed.
its very important.
hope i helped!
