Bad Breath Remedies
My method has lost me 35 pounds in about 3 weeks. Wake up in the morning and eat a small breakfast of fruit and a small amount of protein. Work out after work, school, etc. and concentrate heavily on core exercises and pushups. Throughout the day eat very small amounts of anything healthy like fruits, veggies, and small amounts of carbs and protein. No sugary foods, processed foods, sodas, or any drink besides water or unsweetened iced tea. At the end of the day eat a small portion of meat and carbs such as tuna salad and crackers(very good) and fruit. Then before bed do at least 50 sit-ups or replacement core exercise and 25 pushups. I went from 6′ 1″ 200 to 165.

well of coarse eat right, but eat very little, like not big meals.. also, eat very little but more frequently. like instead of 3 meals a day, eat 5 or 6 small things through out the day.
with ur meal, either drink water or something acidic. such as lemonade. I’ve also herd people drinking a tablespoon of vinegar after each meal. they are high in acidity and will work w/ ur body’s metabolism to break down the food faster. and since ur eating smaller portions, it has less to break down.
when u think u are hungry, drink water, 20% of the time, when u think ur hungry, ur thirsty.
don’t eat late at night, when u do, what u eat sits in ur stomach and isnt being burnt 4 energy, and alot is stored as fat.
stay away from dairy products, milk, cheeses, all that, and also gravy, and ne thing u understand to be fatty
if ur desperate, liposuction.
don’t snack, just dont, u can do w/ out. remember ur tryen 2 loose weight.
exercise.. about 3500 cal’s = 1 pound (just a fun fact)
sweat is water weight, but weight none the less, so u can run in a sweat suit, or pretty much ne thing that makes u sweat.
take vitamins (just advice)
i would stay away from those *LOOSE X POUNDS IN X TIME* products, they say “80% of each pound u loose if fat”… what do u think the other 20% is?
these r just things off the top of my head from what i’ve studied, lmk if u have ne other questions.
