Cure Bad Breath
Oh you poor baby! Cranberry juice, cranberry sauce, and Uristat. I drink cranberry juice almost every other week just to keep down the risk of infections and to keep my ph “down there” regular. Hope this helps

i’ve been lucky and never actually gotten a yeast infection but i know since i was a teenager whenever i was put on antibiotics my mom would make me eat yogurt. she said that yogurt helps to replace the good bacteria in your system which will help prevent yeast infections. i would ask your doctor if they have any suggestions, but in the mean time go ahead and eat some yogurt its not going to hurt anything but it might actually help it go away.

You eat the yogurt… Try vinegar and water and wash with it, it helps but really won’t get rid of it.Don’t put anything else on the area, it will make it alot worse.. like powder, or other creams meant for something else.

The bacteria in yogurt helps to get rid of the excess yeast – but – this is truly a slow way to a cure.
One website states:
Here are listed a couple of the home remedies for yeast infection:
· Regularly daubing apple cider vinegar in the areas prone to this infection. Your can add some garlic to stop the itchy feeling; and water to dilute the vinegar concentration
· Curds or yogurt is regarded as one of the best home remedies. In fact, it is advisable to soak a tampon into curds and place it in the infected region for at least an hour. Basically, the healthy required bacteria from the curds will replace the unhealthy yeast bacteria. This could be repeated twice to thrice a day.
· Drink at least two glasses of buttermilk a-day, whether infected or not. In fact making curds a part of the daily diet in take reduces the probability of yeast infection.
· Mixture of olive leaf extract with grapefruit seed extraction a glass of water is a good curative tonic for this infection.
Again – I think these may take too long –I know how miserable they are.
Don’t misunderstand me – these weren’t MY ideas – they came from a home remedy website and I actually saw 3 that listed the same stuff. Don’t shoot the messanger

If you can afford to go to the health department do that (i am not sure how much that costs, but look into it) You just eat the yogurt, because it has live bacteria cultures in it, but i am not sure if that actually will help. Go for the monistat

Remedies for Halitosis
Monistat is available over the counter at most pharmacies. Before purchasing it, though, consult the pharmacist because they may have important instructions/recommendations.
Yogurt with active culture, usually lacto bacillus, will not cure the current infection. If eaten on a regular basis, it may help prevent future yeast infections.

Remedies for Bad Breath
If you already have a yeast infection then the yogurt is not going to make any real difference. Yes, it is very helpful in preventing a yeast infection, but that is not the same as treating one.
Someone mentioned Cranberry, this is helpful in preventing Urinary Tract infection, but again it does nothing to treat one. That’s a huge difference.
Most people have a hard time self diagnosing a first yeast infection, so unless you are really sure you should see your doctor. If you are sure it’s a yeast infection, then use Monistat or generic from the drug store. Don’t get the one day, it doesn’t work as well as the 3 day one. Instructions will be on the box.
Hey, it’s not that expensive, spring for it.
As for those suggestions of soaking tampons in curds etc….. Wacky. Don’t do it.

I would suggest that you see a doctor, you need to treat this and the longer you wait the worse off you’ll be, if you go untreated you can keep having these which could lead to other problems such as vaginitis, in severe cases you could become sterile, please see an OB/GYN and abstain from intercourse.
