Have a bad smell in breath and nose and overall had while at end of Mononucleosis?

You might smell something but probably no one else will be able to. It’s from the bacteria that was presesnt in your nose and throat durring your illness, the bacteria is now dying so it can cause this smell. Just use a salt gurgle followed by something like Listerine. The smell should go away after a few days, and once you are totally better. It’s nothing to worry about though.
