I feel like I have a bad taste in my mouth, my husband says I don’t, but I can taste it. What is the best way aside fom your normal stuff like mouth wash that will help clear this up? And what could be the cause of this? I brush regularly, any suggestions?

Having a bad taste in your mouth is the result of your stomach acids rising, could also be a sign of acid reflux. The only way to fix this is to change your diet.
In the meantime, try breath mints, they work wonders sometimes.

Brush your tongue while you’re brushing your teeth, it helps.

along with brushing your teeth at least twice a day check your mouthwash..mouthwash contains alcohol which can dry out your mouth and contribute to bad breath…..look for a mouthwash that has low amounts of it or is completely free of it….
also up your water……keeping mouths hydrated delays bad breath because bacteria multiply in dry, semi-moist, hot areas

You have bad breath because of the germs in your mouth. And they only multiply because of the heat in the mouth. Try getting a brush that cleans the tongue too. Get a new brush every 3 months or so. Also floss and use mouth wash. If you really take care of your mouth like that it should keep it clean and minimize all of the germs that may be thriving in small hidden places. If that doesn’t work try getting the help or advice of a dentist. It may be something else. Cleaning the mouth thoroughly does wonders to the mouth. Gets rid of cavities, gingivitis, etc..

I would see the dentist for a check-up just to rule out any bad teeth that might be overlooked. However, I have also been told the tonsils collect bacteria, which will contribute to the bad taste. For this you can try gargling with even plain water to rinse away the bacteria. Also, it’s important to make sure your system is being cleansed on a regular basis-acidolphilus helps, plenty of raw vegetables, and drinking plenty of water, & lastly cutting back on sugar intake.
These are tips that have always worked with my family-good luck-I hope you can resolve this issue soon.:)

Sometimes badbreath is not only comes from the month but inside of the body. It depends on what you have eaten that can cause you bad breath.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, one way of preventing bad breath.
