I need to write a 2 page satirical essay similar to Jonathan swift’s ‘a modest proposal’

I need to use an issue of the present day like obesity or racism and then make a proposal on how to remedy this problem. But my proposal/solution needs to be ridiculous. (Just like eating babies in ‘a modest proposal’ only modernized sort of)

so any ideas for a topic or proposal? thanks
