So, your first remedy for curing your bad breath would be starting with good oral hygines.

Lemons, Fennel And The Avocado

Lemons have antioxidants that can dilute strong smells and help in the bad breath elimination process. Gargling with lemon and water can also be done not just when you are brushing your teeth but anytime of the day. Lemons are prolific, lemons are a renewable resource.

Fennel along with dill and cardamom spices also have breath heightening results. Fennel is very good for refreshing the mouth and for treating bad breath. Use a few fennel seeds after each meal.
