Need a Simple Home Remedy for Bad Breath?

Rick Calligaris asked:

Having bad breath can pose many problems for an individual throughout their life. When you have such a condition there are a lot of things in life that you are unable to enjoy like close contact with a potential loved one or the ability to taste your food. There are many remedies that are readily available for those who want to cure their chronic condition.

If you are one of those people who either cannot afford to visit a doctor or refuse to do so there are many natural remedies available to you that may provide you at least some temporary relief from your bad breath.

Try Brushing and Flossing More

Obviously the best starting point for curing your your issue is to take good care of your teeth, tounge, and gums. If you can not take good care of your teeth then you probably do not really want to cure your condition as bacteria in the mouth is the number one cause of bad breath.

If you really do want to try out some of these remedies make sure that you are starting with the most obvious solution and take good care of your teeth. If this solution does not help with your cause then I highly recommend that you try the other recommended solutions until you find the one that works best.

Eat Fresh Avocado

Avocado is one of the lesser known of the bad breath remedies. Eating avocado can help many people to ease the chronic bad breath that ails them and everybody around them. It is not difficult to get rid of poor breath with avocado and it is a tasty and healthy solution that is easily found in the produce aisle of any grocery store or fresh fruit market in your local community.

Reduce your Protein Intake

Proteins are one of the culprits when it comes to chronic bad breath. By eating less high protein foods such as steak, chicken, fresh fruit, and vegetables you should be able to see an increase in the number of people that are coming close to you once again. This is one of the most popular home remedies out there and if you eat properly then you can show some continued progress toward improving your breath and overall health.

Drink Lots of Water

If you drink enough water you can easily cure your bad breath if it is not caused by more complicated medical condition. Having a dry mouth leads to bad breath and out of the most common bad breath remedies water is one of the best ones.

Make sure that you drink six to eight glasses of water per day. If additional fluid are needed you can gain additional water content from fresh fruits.

Give one or more of these remedies a try and do a little research on your own to find other simple solutions that will provide you long term results. You will soon be on your way to improved breath, health, and self esteem.
