  1. Halitosis…

And my buddy washes soaks his retainer in listerine sometimes… I don’t know how often… Never had one…

  2. Maybe you should brush your tongue better. Make sure you brush your teeth for a full 2 minutes. You can wash your retainer with mouthwash or denture cleaner. I used to have a retainer, and I only wore it at night so like once a week during the daytime, I would soak it in a cup full of mouthwash.

  3. Go to the supermarket and buy “Whole Green Cardamom Seeds” They are on display with the herbs, chew them and afterwards spit them out and you will smell fresh as a daisy.

  4. Listerine. It works wonders. Don’t forget to floss. There can be tooth decay between your teeth which is causing it. Drink milk; calcium prevents tooth decay which prevents bad breath. I’d soak the retainer in Listerine twice a week. Don’t cheap out on brushing behind the teeth. And above all: brush your tongue! Your tongue has so much bacteria on it and the whiter it is, the more bacteria there is. Seriously. Brush the tongue with toothpaste. Consult your dentist if this doesn’t work.

  5. there are lots of bad breath causes in the list like dirty mouth, lack of oral hygiene, dry mouth, medications, cavities, gum disease, medications and other related illness especially in the stomach. the best thing to do to be able to eliminate bad breath is to be able to determine the cause of it, and be able to know what can prevent it as well as the appropriate treatments for it. seek the help of dental expert. he may find the answer to your quest for bad breath eliminators.

know that chewing gums and mints can add up to the bad breath problem since they have sugar. try using an all natural oral care for it does contain sugar for bad bacteria to feed on and speed up production. keep your mouth salivated and hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water. for more tips to get rid of bad breath visit
