  1. Chew mint gum b/c that stops bad breath…everytime you think that your breath is getting bad again, have another piece of gum…trident, dentyne

  2. If you use a tongue cleaner, floss, eat mints, and mouthwash it should work. If you are still having bad breath after doing all this, see a dentist. As weird as it seems, it could be signs of a serious condition.

  3. Depends on the cause of the bad breath
    1) stomach problems like heartburn or eating disorders
    2) bacteria on back of tongue
    3) periodontitis in acute phase.
Dealing with the causes resolves the problems
    1) eat regularly and healthy etc. If this doesn`t help you should go to a GP (doctor).
    2) brush the back of your tongue with a normal brush. This usually causes gagging, but regular practise helps (try it one week).
    3) Brush the space between the tooth and the gum precisely (pockets may be as deep as 9-10mm). Brushing can clean 4-5 mm. When your dentist tells you the pockets are deeper follow a strict cleaning instruction from the dental hygienist.

  4. You should ask a health care professional, because you need to get at the root of the problem it could be one of many?

  5. It’s possible you could have periodontal disease. Get in to see your dentist for an exam as soon as possible.

  6. dont use listerine more than 1x daily or your risk dry mouth which causes halitosit. also when did you see your dentis last? periodontal disease and cavities can cause bad breath as well as sius problems and some people have pockets around their tonsils that pack food and bacteria (now that really reaks). ask your dentist, they can help.
