Ever since my brother had braces (they took them off almost 7 months back) he’s had incredibly terrible breath, and it’s become increasingly noticeable.

Is there anyway that he could fix it? I feel like I make him feel bad anytime I tell him that he has rancid breath and to take a mint. 🙁
