Cure Bad Breath.A Couple Of Bucks For Home Remedy Will Cure Bad Breath Forever

Avery Mann asked:

let’s face it.  We have all had bad breath at one time or another. Halitosis, as it is officially called, is simply bad or smelling breath. When I was much younger, I thought that halitosis was some kind of foot fungus. It just didn’t sound like anything to do with people’s mouths. Although I must admit, I have known a few friends over the years, whose mouth had their foot in them quite often. Seriously though, bad breath is no laughing matter. According to the experts, it may not just indicate the need for a breath mint, but rather a symptom of something much worse like tooth or gum disease, or even an intestinal disorder. It can also be a case of poor oral hygiene. If that is your problem, stop reading this article and simply clean up your act. I do know however, for most people halitosis is not directly their fault. You see it all originates from the gums and tongue. As food particles decay, bacteria form, leading to the eventual odor. There are of course many more causes for halitosis, and if it persists you should consult your doctor. It is not always a matter of regular brushing and flossing. Stay away from mouthwashes with flavorings, dyes, and alcohol. If your sitting there thinking, there is nothing wrong with my oral hygiene routine, then do I have a story for you.

I had a friend whose breath was so bad we use to try to get him to eat onions just to mask the odor. His teeth were as white as they could be, and he had very few cavities. On top of everything else, he was an impeccable dresser and a neat freak, so no one ever questioned his hygiene. I no for a fact he was one of those people that would floss after every meal, and still his breath would enter a room three seconds before he did. Now the experts that he saw about his problem, all said it was because he had “dry mouth.” He wasn’t producing enough saliva. It seems that saliva is the key   ingredient in your mouth that helps keep halitosis from manifesting itself. So my friend would be constantly chewing mints to try to create saliva and suppress the odor. Most of the time he simply smelled like sour mint. That was before he met his future wife. She was a stunning beauty that had come with another friend to this particular party. Being it was their first date he didn’t mind so much that she was spending time with old Mr. ” dry mouth.” In fact he brazenly took bets on how long she would be able to stand the smell. That was his unfortunate downfall. The bet consequently made him stay away, and thus the seeds of romance were planted. As we later found out, the whole time all they did was talk about his breath. It seems that she had once suffered from an equally bad case of halitosis. Before leaving however, she had handed him a piece of paper with a formula on it. Let me tell you, the next time we saw him, he was a completely different guy. He said the advice she had given him consisted of nothing more than a home remedy that cost only a couple of bucks. Well needless to say, they got together and are still together, and both of them have the freshest breath of anyone I know.

So if this little story has some ring of truth for you or a loved one, listen up. There is a site that has a report that offers not only the same kind of home remedy, but a wealth of knowledge on the subject of halitosis. For example did you know that:

Simple Ways to Tackle Children Bad Breath

Kelvin Ho asked:

Nowadays, it is very common to find children who are experiencing bad breath. There are many reasons for this recent phenomenon. But for most cases, this is usually caused by children not paying enough attention to their oral hygiene.

These children do not brush their teeth well and often consume too much food stuff that promote tooth decay. Such food stuff usually are sticky or contain too much sugar. When left in the mouth, these foods can become an excellent breeding ground for bacteria.

No matter what the cause of bad breath is, in order to solve this problem, you will need to find out the underlying cause of it. This involves recording the times when this condition usually occurs so that you will be able to narrow your search to the possible causes. Whatever the case may be, you need not panic as, in most cases, this is not a severe problem and your child is perfectly healthy.

Cause of Bad Breath In Children

Saliva helps to keep our mouth clean. During the day, the child saliva helps by washing away bad breath causing agents with the help of mouth muscles. However, when the child goes to sleep, saliva will not be produced anymore and muscles relax.

The longer the child sleeps, the more anaerobic bacteria that cause bad breath will be reproduced. As most children do sleep a lot, this allows these bacteria to multiply and their breaths begin to smell. This is also known as children morning breath.

Most children will also show bad breath during the entire day and this is normal because most of them will be breathing through their mouths. Because of that it will cause the kids mouth to dry and this creates a perfect environment for anaerobic bacteria to appear and grow in numbers.

There are a lot of reasons for children to breathe only through ones mouth. In children, the most common conditions stand in sinus infections, various allergies, colds or even tonsils or adenoids that are blocking nasal passages. Habits that the children have such as thumb sucking or sucking on a blanket can also cause drying of the mouth and thus bad breath.

How To Get Rid Of Bad Breath In Children

In order to get rid of bad breath in children, the most common and efficient thing you need to do is decrease the mouth bacteria and increase saliva flow. Believe it or not, the most efficient way to achieve this is to teach your child how to brush their teeth properly. To put it simply, the better the brushing is, the less anaerobic bacteria present in your child mouth.

It is highly important that the tongue is brushed as well. A tongue scraper which is useful for adults may not be suitable for children yet. Hence, you may want to consider getting an electric toothbrush in order to make it both fun and more efficient

Mouthwashes and different fluoride rinses are not at all recommended when dealing with children because they will most likely swallow. Also, mints are not useful and as the child gets older the best alternative is still sugar free chewing gum or candy.

Conclusion

If all this did not solve the problems you should go to a doctor in order to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. Your doctor would be the best person to tell you how to eliminate bad breath in children effectively.

bad breath
Elise asked:

I think I have a cavity, or maybe my wisdom tooth is messed up, because my husband says that I taste gross when he kisses me, and every now and then, I get stinky breath. I brush and floss, but I have always needed a lot of dental care because of acidic saliva, and apparently my two years without seeing a dentist are taking their toll. I need a quick fix for my breath, because my dental insurance won’t be in place until at least a month, and then it still might be too expensive… Any one know of any really good breath cures or mouth washes or ANYTHING??? I am desperate. I really miss being kissed good.
