  1. I heard somewhere that 90% of bad breath is actually caused by not cleaning your tongue. Get one of these tooth brushes that have a scrapey bit on the back or even better, a tongue scraper. I hope you’re eating disorder is resolved and things get better for you.

  2. Bad breath is caused by bacteria accumulating in your gums and teeth, especially if you have pockets and/or cavities. Check on the condition of your teetch, and try Dr. Katz’s toothpastes and oral rinses that you can buy at any pharmacy. They are especially formulated to fight halitosis (bad breath). I’ve tried them, and they work well for me.
    Good luck

  3. Brush your teeth for about 2mintues( everyday) and FLOSS ( at least 2 times a day)

  4. It’s best to seek a dental professional for proper treatment. There are many causes of bad breath so in order for treatments to work, they have to address the underlying cause. If proper dental hygiene doesn’t work well enough for you, you might need a thorough cleaning, get an appointment with your dentist.
