mama_cheeky asked:
He is a smoker, so even after he brushes his teeth, his breath quickly goes bad. I have left breath mints around and even have made a few comments here and there, but he doesn’t seem to be aware of just how offensive his breath is! it’s really a major turn off, what should I do?

Ask him to STOP smoking as it is not only affecting him, but also others around him, INCLUDING YOU! offer him the mint nicotine chewingums which will help him quit smoking and have fresher breath!
That is probably the best and most polite way!!
You need to be telling Him this. If he doesn’t do something about it get a bf that has good breath.
Well it just might mean that his gums may be infected. When you have infected gums your breath starts to smell. Or it could just be from smoking. You could say “Hunny (or whatever you call him) your breath is really starting to smell here want a breath mint?” That works or “Hunny maybe you should do something about your breath” Either works just be real sensitive. It might be because of his smoking.
look you will try all the ways and nothing would work ,so u have to say it direct or you will end up hating the day u met…am sorry about that but this seems to be the only way that works…good luck..
You have to be upfront and direct. It’s not an easy thing to do. Telling him about it will be one thing. Getting him to do something about it is another. He could have an infection, might be under stress that “churns” his stomach, have poor digestion of food, sinus drainage, etc. Proper diet is important to help address the problem (don’t drink liquids with a meal as they dilute the digestive enzymes; eat raw veggies and fruit to help with digestion). Good luck.
