  1. Try listerine teeth whitening mouthwash. Anything by listerine actually is pretty powerful, along with scope. Crest isn’t as strong since there’s no alcohol in it. Also, chew gum throughout the day, or use the little pocket spray stuff. Mouthwash definitely helps a lot though. If none of that works, then I think u may be out of luck.

  2. Halitosis can be caused by diet.
It seems you’re brushing well, but do your brush your tongue also?
Gum or breath mints can help too.

  3. Citric acid helps to temporarily fix bad breath. So as a quick fix eat some oranges or drink lemonade. As a more permanent fix you should try flossing more, adding mouth wash to your daily routine or taking out some of the bad breath causing foods in your diet such as: Coffee, onions, peppers, garlic, or pretty much any heavy spices.

  4. sup champ, try to use a cup of warm water with tablesalt in it as a mouth wash. helps bad breath and mouth ulcers, good luck.. boooom_peace!!

  5. Mouthwash is effective only temporarily. I’ve been there and know as well. Try rinsing your mouth with lime juice mixed with water. It’s a simple home remedy that prevents bad breath and actually worked for me.
