Yes….you will burp nasty garlic alllll day long……unless you get the odorless….or burpless garlic pills……def take those ones…..otherwise you’ll smell like a huge garlic field!
It really depends on the brand. Some are ordorless, some not. Read the labels before you buy.
I read garlic pills are not as effective as eating fresh garlic.
You can cut a garlic piece into slivers, dip into olive oil and swallow. Don’t chew, swallow whole and you won’t smell like garlic.
