Sorry, I chose the category “other” accidentally. I quickly misread “other” as “oral”.
For those that are saying, “you’re used to it”. If 2 people had the same bad breath, you’re saying they can’t smell each other’s bad breath? i’ve seen instances where 2 people with bad breath (same breath when I smelled it) point at each other for having bad breath…and they were both right.
Because u smell and taste it all day so u are used to it. Like if u are cooking u can smell it but when some walks in they can smell it alot more.
Because you actually smell it all the time – as the smell is always in your nose, your brain constantly tries to filter it out so as not to confuse you. For instance, my neighbor has windchimes, but I barely register the noise as I now hear it constantly. :o)
