Dude!!! He has the stankest potty breath I have ever smelled. And he’s always leaning into my face when he talks to men and I always hold my breath, but I can’t risk nearly suffocating any longer. My boss is very touchy and when you tell him something he doesn’t like he get’s really mad. Sorry, but deal with it until Christmas. Then, get him a lifetime supply of tooth paste and mints. He’ll get the hint.
Put a piece of gum in your mouth and ask if he wants some.
Slide him some mentos.
Tell him a story about a friend of his that has a terrible smell of sweat on him most of the time, and ask him who he would deal with it.
Always keep gum or mints in your pocket. Every time he talks with you, courteously offer him some.
He may refuse the first few times, then it will hit him that you are trying to tell him something.
Why don’t you try offering him a mint or some gum? Just ask…”Would you like a mint?”….and if he takes one, pop one into your mouth too so that he can see that you’re being polite by offering him some and not seeming to give him one because of his bad breath…..
leave mints or gum for him anonymously–put in suggestion box reference to importance of hygiene when working in public..,
Buy some Extra peppermint flavored gum and while chewing some, offer him a piece.
You could send him a typed( he might recognize your handwriting) anonymous note. The note could stress that you are not trying to hurt his feelings but he has serious bad breath and should consider getting it checked by a dentist. Mention brushing, flossing and rinsing with mouthwash without sounding condescending.

I had a boss one time who had a booger in his nose and politely handed him a kleenex. Maybe you can politley pass your boss a piece of gum or something and I guess if that doesn’t do the trick, then go into work with a face mask!

Keep some good smelling mints or gum in your pocket, and everytime you see him offer him some. Eventually he’ll probably take some and take the hint. If He still doesn’t, after a while you might want to slip a box of mints on his desk or something anonymously.
i don’t get it; u want to tell him he has bad breath but at the end u said u don’t want to point out he has stank breath. Same thing, only way to save ur nose hairs is to say something or just always keep a mint in ur mouth so u can at least lead by example. maybe he’ll notice how fresh and minty ur breath always is (ur breath is fresh and minty right?) and he’ll start to ask when he realizes it’s him and not u. maybe he thinks everybody else has dragon breath and not himself. Hahahahahah
Buy him Tic Tacs, breathmints, ice breakers, etc..or if he’s about to talk to you be like, “Ice Breaker?” i mean who can resist one of those?! Have a bowl on ur desk.Then while he talks to you he’ll have icy fresh breath, yeah?
You can’t if you want to keep your job. The best thing to do is keep mints in your pocket, take some yourself and offer some to him, or, a stick of gum.
Otherwise you are stuck with Mr. Bad Breath.
Make him a gift basket, with: mints, gum, mouthwash, tooth brush, toothpaste, tongue cleaner, dental floss, and some Listerine strips. He’ll get the point. And anonymously leave it on his desk.

You should look him in the eye and say, “I’m sorry your dog died but did you have to bury him in your mouth”.
ok…you can take a mint and offer him one of gum. (like everyone else, it usually works)
if not, find a website, it allowes you to send an anonymous email saying that their breath smells, its usually really blunt
Also you can say, i heard the wierdest work today, halitosis, do you know what it means?

I wouldnt tell him, youll lose your job (for real) or he’ll treat you like sh*t from that moment on. I wouldnt let him get that close to me either.
Send your boss a package of dental floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash and a booklet about dental hygiene.

Go to the Therabreath website. They will email him anonymously and let him know he has a problem.
