I brush my teeth regularly 3 times day and for some reason my breath remains bad, I don’t eat any repulsive food (garlic onions). Another problem is that my teeth also keep getting less white any ways to reverse this?
I use just normal Colgate toothpaste

Maybe you have halitosis?
Talk to Dr/Dentist you might need to get toothpaste from them.
try a whitening toothpaste, brush your tongue and floss your teeth
Do you floss? Do you go for regular 6 month cleanings? If you don’t floss, you’re not really cleaning your teeth well; the same crud that you brush off the front and back of your teeth also accumulates between them, and below the gum line, which is only removed by flossing and then by the hygienist. So that’s one thought.
Do you maybe have some cavities that need to be filled? Rotten spots in your teeth will create odor. My husband had a problem like this, and he got mad when I told him he had an odor, but when he went to the dentist, he found that he had two cavities. After they were filled, the odor was gone.
Also, your breath isn’t just about your mouth. Here are some other thoughts–do you have sinus problems? Sinus congestion can create “bad breath”. So can tonsil problems, so can gastric problems. So can a cruddy tongue–use one of those tongue scrapers every day.
If all this checks out, maybe you have a dry mouth? Do you use any medication (prescrip or over the counter) that would cause your mouth to be dry? Saliva rinses away bacteria all day and night. Dry mouth allows bacteria to proliferate between brushings. If this is the case you will need to drink more water, chew some gum to stimulate saliva production, and a mouthwash like Breath Rx can help with this.
See your dentist.
