  1. First, go to a dentist if at all possible. You may also try purchasing a tongue scrapper as a lot of bacteria which causes odors lurks on your tongue. You may also want to see a medical doctor if dentist cannot locate source as bad breath can result from sinus infections or stomach problems.

    Take digestive enzymes. Bad breath can be the result of problem with digestion or the lack of elimimnating toxins from your system.
    SO Important to increae water intake as wel, around the clock.
    Read up on Candida. There are easy ways to manage it.
    It may be non of the above, but try it for a few weeks weeks. So you can narrow the possibilities and find the solution.

  5. If you have seen your dentist and he can’t help you, go see a Periodontist. Sometimes breath issues can be periodontal disease, which is easily treatable.
