bad breath is caused by bacteria in your stomach. Yeast ferments in there and cause reflux etc. To help with digestion take acidophilus or bifidus or the combo ( any health food store) Also found in some yogurts.
well really, you’re supposed to brush 3 times a day. its a unknown fact. lol. actually you’re supposed to brush after every meal, which it is healthier to eat 6 smaller portioned meals a day rather than 3 bigger ones. so just brush after every meals and maybe chew a stick of minty gum on the way to work/school etc.
Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. More useful remedies at
You should put some baking soda on your toothbrush. You should also scrape the bacteria from your tongue. Some people can get rid of bad breath by eating some sugarless yogurt. Maybe you could try drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day. You can also trying chewing on some parsley or gargling with some warm salt water. Try to use a mouthwash that does not use alcohol. If you want more bad breath tips check out my site at:
