  1. they sell tongue brushers that you use to scrape the back of your tongue where bacteria develops and causes bad breath. if you dont have one or cant find one then try brushing your tongue with your toothbrush.

  2. Well I hope you floss!
    Only 1% of Americans do, I am some of that percent.
    Start flossing, I know your gums will bleed but that’s because you don’t do and you should.
    once it becomes a daily thing your gums won’t bleed.
    Also if you eat too many Carbohydrates that causes bad breath.
    Another thing is your tongue, you should brush your tongue or get a tongue scrapper! 🙂 It helped me.
    So you should clean tongue (with scrapper), floss, brush and use scope or whatever mint mouth cleaner you use.

  3. once in awhile swish and gargle with peroxide in the brown bottle also brush with it and baking soda mixture.For the nasal go to the doctor’s and get a prescription nasal antibiotic.

  4. I suffer with sinusitus & bad breath from post nasal drip sometimes too. I find that brushing your tongue & using mouth was helps but really you need to treat the sinusitus to prevent the post nasal drip from occuring in the first place. i find that whem my sinuses are ok, my breath is much better,

  5. go to and order dentizyme it works . My Husband had the same problem now he does not.

  6. Although your dentist may not approve of the idea of trying to treat bad breath with a natural remedy, the fact remains that it may still be very effective. Because we are inundated with so many foods and products made with harsh chemicals and laboratory creations, sometimes the body rejects modern medicine and develops an allergic reaction. However, because bad breath can be very embarrassing and create social anxiety, the fact remains that the problem must be treated. If you don?t like using products made with chemicals or simply have allergic reactions when using bad breath treatments created in factories and labs, maybe it is time that you try some natural remedies for your halitosis.

    While many natural remedies are not as ?potent? as many of the lab creations available on most shelves for treatment of bad breath, this typically only means that they may take a little longer to be effective. When trying to find a natural remedy for your bad breath problem, there are two basic qualities you are looking for:

    * Boost immune system performance
    * Help fight/control anaerobic bacteria
