It appears to me that there is something about bad breath that you need to understand better. Most bad breath is caused by bacteria on the tongue which produce mucus as well as bad smells. Most of us cannot smell our own bad breath and so we need to depend on someone else to tell us about it. I learned this the hard way, from my wife. Anyway, I found a very good tongue cleaner that really works, so now I clean my tongue with an OraBrush and some mouthwash every time I brush my teeth. My bad breath is gone and my mouth really feels great and fresh. You may want to learn about bad breath like I did so:
Bad breath can also be caused by not eating a healthy diet, eating a meal three times a day can help with bad breath. When you do not eat meals frequently through-out the day, the acids from your stomach will let out gasses which will travel up through your body’s system. Your mouth then acts like a vent for the gasses which will lead to a acid smelling breath.
Parsley is a wonderful garnish for meals at restaurants, but, did you know that it also serves as a breath freshener when chewed on? You can chew on a fresh piece of parsley after a meal, which in return will remove any bad odors from your breath.
Fennel Seeds Fennel Seeds Using spices is always fun to do, especially when they serve more than one purpose! Spices like cloves, fennel or even anise can be placed in a tiny plastic bag, to which you can turn to after eating a meal. You can chew on a small amount of these spices (which ever one you may like most) and it will help freshen your breath instantly.
