Please cure my hubby’s bad breath?

bad breath cures
bburgandy asked:

He is a dental tech so he is very cleanly. He brushes constantly, his tongue too. (Uses rinses too). But a few mins after brushing it’s bad again.
We have tried mint teas, chloropyll drops and tablets but nothing has worked. Any other ideas that have worked for you or someone u know?? It could be stress, his sinus, and he eats ALOT of hot sauce and won’t quit. Help!

  1. Your husband should see a doctor. His problem does not originate in his mouth, but in his gastrointestinal system. There are several medical conditions that can cause this symptom. Some of them are serious diseases, so he needs to get this checked out soon.

  2. What kind of dental tech? lab-worker, hygenist, assistant? Just because he works in the profession, doesnt necessarilly mean that his personal dental care is above reproach. Does he smoke? if so, he needs to stop. does he floss? he could have build-up below the gumline. when did he have his teeth cleaned last? he may need a “deep cleaning” below the gumline. Several of my family members are in the dental industry and you’d be surprised at some of the mouths of people they work with. You’d think dental office workers would have the perfect mouth/smile. not always the case.

what is his diet like? some foods may chemically react with his body make-up. definitlely remove things like garlic & onions. Try removing other things one at a time and see if any of them make a difference. one other thing to try is to rinse with a capfull of Hydrogen Peroxide for about 5 minutes. He can do this while he showers. It kills bacteria that causes bad breath and IS safe, just read the bottle.

    Good luck

  3. Honestly:
    1. stop smoking.
    2. Drink lots of water.
    3. Exercise.
    4. Eat more vegetables
    5. eat less heavy foods

  4. does he floss too? He might have periodontal disease, which is a disease of the gums (he should know). Brushing is good but doesn’t get in between the teeth which is where food gets stuck, bacteria eats away producing toxins which irritate gums causing decay. Try this out: floss, then brush, then use a fluoride mouth rinse morning and night after eating. And make sure he doesn;t eat anything after he does it at night. Two weeks of sticking to this and he should start seeing some improvements…

  5. i think that this is because of germs in the stomach.so it is advisable to do any one of the following:
    1. goggle the mouth liquid neem available in the market ( twice a day)
2.if possible take MINT LEAVES with regular meals.
    3. further it is good to limit the consumption of hot sauce

  6. You will find a little good in many of the answers above. The gist is that the trouble is most likely gastrointestinal. He has to see a physician or a homeopath.

  7. Try food combining!

Different kinds of foods require different body chemicals to dissolve them.

Some of these chemicals nuetralize each other, causing the eaten food to putrify in the stomach. Bad breath is a sign of poor digestion.

  8. Ever thought that maybe the bad breath is coming from his stomach and not from his mouth. Give him some liquorish to eat. That helps the digestive system in the stomach. Not the candy the liquorish tablet, get it from the health food store.

  10. One of the answers is right on.. this could very well be a systemic problem. Some even suggest liver involvement.. Would be advisable to have him thoroughly checked out.

  11. Tell him to stop eating meat for 30 days and eat a whole food diet meaning whole grains. No white foods like bread and milk and to drink 3 glasses of water one hour before each meal.

I got 2 words for you..Dehydration and Constipation.

  12. SINUS PROBLEMS ARE USUALLY A BIG ISSUE WITH BAD BREATH—-AND I HAVE HEARD THAT OVER BRUSHING YOUR TEETH CAN CAUSE THIS TOO- SOUNDS CRAZY BUT I HAVE HEARD OF THAT ALOT
