tell him to brush his tongue also cause that is where the bacteria(aka bad smell) is. so get him a tongue scraper and have him use mouthwash also.
Tell him not to eat anything with garlic or onion in it for a while and see if that makes a difference.
tell him to get rid of stuff inside and constipation.
inner beauty = outer beauty so de clutter inside so no foul bad braeth. constipation is main cause and diet. loadsa water at least 8 glasses and no constipation and filter out kidney by lots of fluids.believe me it works. no joke.tahts the cause but no1 believes it and keep brushing teeth. its not the teeth problem, its wots inside u that causes it. sorry to put it like this but its true. i tyried it, my family tried it, my friends tried it. it works so proved it.
