Give them some Crest and a toothbrush and tell them to use it and it’s no big deal.
Offer him a mint or an Altoid. Keep doing it until he gets the message.
well if he has nice teeth, chances are its an internal problem or halitosis and not neglecting his teeth so giving him a toothbrush isnt really going to achieve much..
Maybe you could tell him that you used suffer from a condition like this yourself – he might not feel so embarrassed then – and that you think it might be worthwhile seeing the doctor/ Its gona be embarrassing for you both anyway so good luck!!

Ever seen the commercial where the guy hands his friend a breath mint and says “dude, seriously…..” it would be easier for me if my girlfriend put a little humor in it and……..I would want her to tell me.

Try motivating him and tell him that you love the taste and flavor of a certain brand of mouthwash you have just bought and you want to taste it along with his sweet kiss..so therefore he will be convinced of gargling that mouthwash everytime he see and meet you..
