well if you brush your teeth properly (three times a day) and floss at least once(don’t forget to brush your tongue) other than that it ma be what you are eating at the time. Also don’t use breath mint with sugar in them they can make bad breath worse
First trying brushing your tongue. Also floss the back molars, you’d be surprised what nastiness lurks back there.
Persistent bad breath may be a sign that you have other health problems. You should consult your doctor.
Listerine-Aqua Fresh-Dental Floss
Floss, Brush, (tongue and teeth), Rinse with mouth wash. Do this several times a day and carry Listerine pocket pack.
use the strip a dentist gives you. I have one. and it worked like a charm. you bend it like a U and then you scrap it off your tongue. and it doesnt hurt at all.
Hi
Toothpaste will only clean your teeth, they don’t freshen your breath very well and if they do it’s temporary.
Go to a dentist if you have chronic bad breath, you may have a gum disease that needs treatment. He may recommend ORAL B
AMOSAN to rinse with as needed.
Also brush your tongue when you clean your teeth and drink lots of water throughout the day to clean your system.
If you have tried several different dental techniques and they don’t seem to be helping, the problem could possibly go farther than dental care. I would check with a dentist and if he can not resolve the issue, check with a physician. It may be a problem hidden in your stomach.
You might want to consider all-natural Alfalfa Complex. Chlorophyll is plentiful in alfalfa, and chlorophyll is known as a body cleanser, infection fighter and nature’s deodorizer. This wonder of nature possesses the property of breaking down poisonous carbon dioxide, releasing oxygen in turn, thus inhibiting or reducing the action of anaerobic bacteria.
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me for info or the website.
If you have good oral hygiene..regular brushing and flossing. It’s either down to what your eating or excessive bacteria.
Parsley is very good for neutralising bad breath…especially if you have a diet with lots of garlic.
I suggest you ask your dentist to give you a proper check up and advice.
Bacteria can multiply on your tongue so make sure you scrape this daily when your brushing your teeth
Brush and floss ASAP after you eat and talk to your dentist about it.
Mints maybe?
Besides brushing, flossing, and using mouthwashes everyday, you should find out what causes the bad breath. It may be sinus problems, allergies, ect. Make sure you go to the dentist every 6 months to have your teeth cleaned and maybe they can test your breath to see how bad it is. Also, Therabreath products work great. I have sinus problems, so I use several of their products and don’t ever worry about my breath anymore.
