i’ve suffering with bad breath for the last 10 years. i had my tonsils removed. i’ve tried everything. i went to a ear, nose, and throat specialist and a dentist. All these efforts are in vain. The worse thing his i always have some stinky white stuffs on my tongue. what else should i do

have you seen a dentist?
Thoroughly brush your teeth, brush your tongue, use dental floss. When that fails, the root of the problem is probably in your stomach. Consult a doctor.
there is a disease called halitosis,i’m not sure i spelled it right but there was a girl in school in my 6 grade class and she was made fun of because of her breath.i mean it was really bad….once she explained to the class the disease she had everyone stop picking on her!it was really sad,i always felt bad for her.maybe that similar to what you have.
A tongue scraper may help you. The white film on your tongue may be from postnasal drip accumulating on your tongue. Using saline nasal irrigation may help i.e. neti pot, Neil-med sinus rinse. You can do this daily and it is not harmful nor addicting as some nasal sprays are. You are basically using salt water to clean your nose and throat. I wouldn’t recommend making your own salt water. I use distilled water and Neil-med sinus solution pre-made packets. Meanwhile, scrap your tongue daily and be sure to floss between teeth. You could try to brush after each meal to see if that helps with halitosis. A dry mouth can exaggerate halitosis. Try keeping mouth moist by drinking lots of water and using sugarless gum or sugarless candies to increase salivary flow. Best of luck!
definitely see your dentist. there are prescription strength mouthwashes for halitosis. but it sounds like you have alot of unbrushed white residue on your tongue and i bet the majority of them lay in the very back of your tongue. methods to try; brush your teeth and most importantly your TONGUE/especially the back i can’t stress this enough. i know that alot of people don’t do this at all and it makes a world of a difference. use hydrogen peroxide daily instead of mouthwash. if you can stand it, try swishing/gargling a cap full while brushing the BACK of your tongue. try this hydrogen peroxide method in addition to flossing and brushing your teeth good for at least a week on a daily basis and you should notice a big improvement. good luck!

You should try brushing your tongue and gums not only your teeth. Look for tooth pastes that are made specially for bad breath.
Try this and see if it helps. Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. Tea tree oil can also cure gum disease, which is possibly the cause of your bad breath. More useful remedies at
Your problem is postnasal drip. The white stuff on your tongue is a smelly cesspool of bacteria.
I had the same problem. People recommended all kinds of things that didn’t work. My doctor later prescribed me medication for postnasal drip, but I’ve found that all I need to do is use a tongue scraper every morning.
You can get a tongue scraper from any drug store like CVS or Walgreens. It will only cost you a couple dollars.
Remember, this is not something that requires medication or some sort of rinse solution. Just use a tongue scraper to clean the back of your tongue and you’ll be fine.
Also, be sure you’re drinking plenty of water and eating regularly.
Hi,
First of all I’d see a dentist.
In addition to that, I’d try some vitamins, it is cheap and can’t hurt.
The following advice is taken from the vitaminbag website:
Cure Bad Breath With Vitamin C
Vitamin C is the vitamin of many health benefits. If you don’t know it yet, deficiency of Vitamin C leads to scurvy.
Scurvy is a disease characterized by swollen or torn gums. Ulcers on the mouth could cause bad breath because it is the favorite spot for bacteria to proliferate.
Vitamin B6 For Halitosis
Vitamin B6 is pyridoxine. It is usually taken along with niacinmide to complement its effects.
Vitamin B6 is one of the potent vitamins included the B complex.
Vitamin B3 To Prevent Bad Breath
If you consult with a health expert regarding bad breath, he or she would most likely prescribe you with niacinmide.
Niacinmide is a dietary supplement of Vitamin B3, which is also referred to as niacin.
About 50 milligrams of niacinmide after every meal is usually prescribed for people with halitosis.
These three vitamins should help people with bad breath a lot. It is not yet too late to regain your confidence.
Eat foods rich with these vitamins or simply take supplements.
Doing that regularly could make your bad breath a just thing of the past.
Good luck
