Aashish K asked:
How to avoid bad breath? i’ve been trying all possible things…Mouth washing, tooth flossing, avoiding pungent meals, brushing again and again, drinking more water,salt-water gargling etc. But my mouth still gives very bad smell. Besides, I have yellow teeth which is really embarassing. How to make it white?

I would recommend seeing a dentist since you’ve tried everything i would’ve suggested, except brushing your tongue, too. you can bleach teeth with over the counter kits. if you smoke or drink dark colas or coffee/tea- that can stain teeth.
LOL Try a gum if that works or maybe even those listorieen spray thingy….you can get it in the states and its good xD. To whiten your teeth there are crest white stripes. after brushing your teeth just put it on for a whiter smile.
for the bad breath:
try mint and gum.switch your gum every 30 minutes or when the gum’s mint effect is gone. most importantly,go to your dentist.
for yellow teeth:
if you smoke, stop. there are whitening strips which work for some people.you can use those if you want. there is also an operation done by the dentist which whitens your teeth. there are also special toothpastes which whiten your teeth go to your dentist for more information.
Curing bad breath is not as easy as throwing any flavored product at the problem. Bad breath is caused by the hundreds of microbacterial organisms that grow inside your mouth. These organisms thrive and grow on the sugar contained in most flavored dental products ? the opposite of curing bad breath. Therefore, it seems obvious that the best method for curing bad breath is to eliminate these organisms entirely.
There are three types of teeth whitening products available for home use. These are brush-on whiteners, whitening strips, and trays filled with bleaching gels.
Brush on whiteners
It looks like a bottle of white out fluid, and it kind of is only for your teeth. You take the applicator, brush on the solution and let it dry and then sit on your teeth, usually overnight. If it seems a little haphazard, it is. Liquids don’t dry easily in your mouth and they don’t stay on your teeth very well. Despite a person’s best efforts it is far too easy to rub off some of the fluid with tongue or lips. The result is splotches instead of even whitening. The brush-on whiteners are a shortcut with poor quality.
Whitening strips
These are plastic strips with bleaching solution on one side, similar to transparent tape. You take the strips and stick them across your teeth. The problem with these is it is very hard if not impossible to get the strips onto ever part of the teeth. Teeth are not flat even though the strips are. So, the bleaching solution is unevenly applied and the crevices between teeth don’t get whitened. That looks bad.
Chew parsley leaves for bad breath.Lemon juice, baking soda or baking powder can also be used for teeth whitening. Rubbing the bark of walnut tree brightens the teeth. Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners, simply rub them directly on your teeth or mash into a paste and apply.More remedies and information regarding your teeth at
you can’t modified their colour and you can find the source of bad breath on your throat or stomach.
i think it is best that you seek the help of your dentist to be able to detect the cause of your bad breath. if all commonsense measures end up to nothing, then maybe your bad breath problem may be caused by stomach related illness. there are also things that you need to ponder on like having gum disease and cavities. but you need to maintain good oral hygiene, it will help a lot. to make whiter teeth the natural way you may avoid the intake of food-causing stains like red wine, red meat, sauces, tea, chocolates, plum and colas. for more tips on how to maintain whiter teeth and avoid oral problems visit
