Whether he likes or not, he has 2 see his doc who may later, refer him 2 the dentist.
The longer he waits, the worse it would get. Besides, it is bad 4 his health.
Most probably gingivitis. See the dentist first.
Is his gumline receding? It might be periodontitis (stage 3 gingivitis)…He might also have impacted tooth/teeth. Having that is also having nasty smelling breath…It’s better for him to got to his dentist and ask for oral/medical advise. Tell him to use mouth wash every after brushing his teeth. 😀
Halitosis can be more than just bad breath. It can also be a symptom of some more serious problems.
He really needs to see a doctor and a dentist.
