Just be straight up.
He might not be aware of it and you could be doing him a favor by telling him.
Get those ECLIPSE-BIGGIE-PACKs (spelling?), open up the bottle near his face, and say, “Seriously.”
get a new boyfriend.
Get in a conversation. Buy a new tooth paste and mouthwash and show it off. Tell him how much you love fresh breath and ask him which kind he uses and a competition on who goes to the dentist the most. he might lie to not be embarrassed, but it will get him using it. He shall encourage himself to take care of his teeth without you telling him straight of in a harsh way.
If you plan on making things work, be honest with him.
Just nicely tell him that you think he has a problem. Maybe hes not aware that his breath stinks. Obviously when you tell him he will most likey be embarressed, but hey, I’d rather have someone tell me instead of continuing to have that problem. For example, being a girl, you know what its like to have your period. Now imagine you leaked through your pants. Would you rather have someone tell you whats wrong, or have them act like nothing happend? I know i’d definitely want someone to tell me lol!! Good luck =]
Ask him if he wants to end up wearing dentures while he’s still young, because if he does’nt start brushing and flossing his teeth now, that’s what is going to happen. Also, having bad oral hygiene is detrimental to his health. All that bacteria is spreading thru his system. Bad breath is disgusting and it shows that he does’nt care about himself. He’s going to lose his teeth and perhaps you? I guess he’ll be embarassed but he’s got to be told! Good luck!

ummm tell him the truth tell him that he needs to brush a little more or eat some gum because if you notice then everyone else he talks to probably does to and that is embarrising. Tell him you got him an awesome present and give him toothpaste and a toothbrush. He probably will be ticked for a while but you wont have to kiss skunk breath anymore!
