Use tictacs, or dont talk.
I usually cup my hands over my mouth and breath into them to check but if it is a chronic thing even when you do the appropriate hygienic things (spelt that wrong) I would suggest going to a dentist and simply asking what you can do about it it might be chronic.
If you e-mails keep coming back unanswered. You have bad breath.
Wash your hands. Then lick the back of your hand and smell it.
You could try using a ‘tongue scraper’ it sounds bad but it’s not… it really works great. (The bad smell comes from bacteria in your mouth.) You could also try Gly-Oxide it’s in the toothpaste aisle and put some on your toothbrush and brush with that after you brush your teeth regularly.
Ask someone that you trust to give you an honest answer! There is no test that will tell you if you have bad breath. You can try covering your mouth and nose with your hand and breathing out and try to smell for yourself??? Some important things I should mention though! Sometimes bad breath can be caused by not properly cleaning your tongue (I recommend using a tongue scraper at least once a day) also it is important to floss daily!!! If plaque and bacteria are hiding in your gum pockets around your teeth, that can cause an odor as well; flossing will help to resolve this. Lastly, sometimes bad breath is a sign of digestive problems or the result of consumption of certain types of food. Like I already said, ask someone that you trust and tell them that you want an honest answer!
Maybe it’s the food you eat or something in rotting inside your stomach that’s making a smell. Check with your clinician on how to prevent it. Go to your dentist I mean. They may be able to prescribe a gargle solution or something.
LAY OFF THE TEQUILA! geeeez
Brush your teeth more often. Don’t forget to brush your tongue. If people wilt and back off or put their hand to their nose, then you need to make a trip to the bathroom. Gum doesn’t work. Use those thin Listerine strips that melt in your mouth or Altoids for a temporary fix.
a
you can taste bad breath.
eat musks instead of mints if you hate mints and gum.
Nobody wants to talk to you. Maybe use a mouth wash in between brushing. Remember siblings can be cruel.
If you have not used a water pik, and you havenujt used dental floss, when you clean your teeth before going to sleep, dont bother asking anyone, you can just take it for granted.
Cup your mouth and nose with both hands and blow out from your mouth as you take a deep breathe! You should be able to tell if you have bad breath.
Solutions to bad breath:
1. Use Listerine
2. Try to get your toothbrush to reach the furtherest-behind of your tongue whenever you brush your teeth (you may puke because it’s an involuntary reflex but coughing a little while you’re brushing that area will avoid throwing up food accidentally). This method is effective!
3. Visit the dentist
4. Failing which, you should visit a stomach specialist in this case. There may be ways to get rid of that little harmless foul-smelling virus from your stomach.
It is really hard to tell, if at all! and that sucks! Read about this product that I now use, very safe and effective:
